New accounts and credit terms

New accounts are required to complete and return a credit application form and may use a credit card for their initial order. This enables us to deliver new orders immediately.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and will not charge your credit card until the order has been dispatched. Please note that orders paid by credit card will incur a 2% interest fee if overdue by more than 30 days.

All accounts are strictly 20th of the month following invoice. Goods will not be supplied to overdue accounts until such time as the account is brought up to date. We reserve the right to charge overdue account fees.

Returns, credits & cancellations

Returns are only accepted if authorized by us, the suppliers, or our representative, and are notified within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. Goods may only be returned by a carrier approved by us. A handling charge may apply to the returned goods. If a shipment arrives with obvious damage to cartons, please note it on the freight bill or reject the delivery.

Any cancellation of orders must be advised to Lonergan Trading Co. office staff member prior to the order being picked and dispatched. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been picked.

Where can I see the products?

All our products are on display at our showroom and at the trade Fairs that we exhibit at. Our showroom is located at 157 Hepburn Rd, Glendene, Auckland NZ. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm.

What is my minimum order?

Our minimum order is $150.00 + GST. Any order that we accept under this amount will attract a $10.00 handling fee in addition to freight costs. All our product prices do not include GST. Any cancellation of orders must be advised to Lonergan Trading Co. office staff member prior to the order being picked and dispatched. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been picked.

What are my payment options?

We accept cash, cheque, Direct Deposit, Visa, MasterCard. Please note that our payment terms are strictly 20th of the month following invoice. Credit cards will attract a 2% interest fee if used to pay overdue accounts (See new accounts & credit terms).
