How to Order

ORDERING ONLINE IS SIMPLE

Please select your situation from the following options:

- I am an existing LTC customer and already have been allocated a VIP login
- I am an existing LTC customer but haven't been allocated or don't know my VIP login details
- I am not a current LTC customer and would like some more information about products and setting up a VIP account

 

ORDERING PROCESS OVERVIEW

Once logged in as a VIP customer, please follow these steps to place an order:
1. Go to PRODUCT SEARCH to view all the products categories.
2. Click on the blue arrow to view all the categories.
3. Select the product category you require, highlight it and click GO.
4. This will bring up the list of items in the category with all details, including photo, description, price and shopping cart.
5. To see the enlarged photo click on the image or description of the item.
6. By clicking on the arrow under the large image you can view all items in the category.
7. You can order from either of these two pages by clicking on CART (page with small images) or ADD TO THE ORDER (page with large images).
8. The CURRENT ORDER is created when you add the first item to the cart and will show up at the top of the screen.
9. To add to the order, items from the different category just repeat steps 1-4.
10. To check what you have ordered at any time, change the quantity you require or remove the item from the order click on the CURRENT ORDER icon and make changes.
11. Click the COMPLETE DELIVERY INFO icon after you have finished the ordering process.
12. Add your ORDER REFERENCE in the required field, check if your other details are correct (email address, delivery address), complete additional instruction if required.
13. Click on the COMPLETE YOUR ORDER icon. It will bring up the REVIEW of your order.
14. Click SUBMIT icon and your order is on it's way.
15. You will receive an email confirmation back to your email address.
16. SIGN OUT to end the session.
